Known issues with PayPal Shopping Cart 1. Internet Explorer and AOL Browsers: When shopping cart has been viewed, you should close shopping cart window to view our site and to continue shopping.
2. Internet Explorer and AOL Browsers: If shopping cart is open, but not on top window, it will not open when "add to cart" button is pressed. In IE it should appear in the task bar. Click PayPal bar to open shopping cart. In AOL, click on "window" in Tool Bar and select PayPal Shopping Cart.
3. Click the "add to cart" button only ONCE to avoid duplications.
4. If "add to cart" button does not show as a graphic, but shows as asquares with "x" in corner, check your internet connection or your browser options for showing graphics. Even if the graphic does not show, if you are connected to the internet, it should add your order to the shopping cart.

Returns or Cancellations:

We will replace defective product if we are contacted by email within 3 days of your receiving the product. We will email you instructions for returning the product for replacement.

No Returns or Refunds on maps.

All other returns: All returns for any reason other than defective are subject to a 20% restocking charge. You must contact us by email within 3 days of receiving the product stating the reason for return. We will email you with return instructions. S&H will not be refunded. We must receive returned product within 10 days of emailed return instructions. We advise obtaining proof of delivery.

**Some older DVD players do not accept all DVD media. If your older player will not accept our DVDs, we suggest you play it on a newer DVD player and consider upgrading your older player. We test our media on a number of players of different brands, including some older players.

We will accept a cancellation only if the order has not been processed for shipping. Orders are usually processed the same day received.
Mail Order: We DO NOT accept personal checks for mail order. We are happy to take your electronic check through Pay Pal. If you make an error in your computations and underpay, we will fill the order partially (if applicable) and issue a credit for the balance. We will notify you by E-Mail and complete the order when payment for the balance is received. If you overpay, we will issue a credit, or if you prefer, refund the overpayment, deducting a modest fee for S&H.
